A refreshing wheat west coast pilsner drinks clean with soft bready wheat notes, citrus and a nice hop pop from Simcoe, piney and dank. 5% ABV
Light blonde ale, with layers of rich vanilla to create that familiar cream soda character. Soft notes of vanilla and sweet cream float over a delicate malt backbone. 5.2% ABV
Rich caramel and toasted malt flavors with a touch of noble hops. Smooth, balanced, and crisp with a clean finish. Perfect for cool evenings and easy drinking. 5.2% ABV.
Our classic West Coast IPA sent down the rabbit hole with an extra dose of dankness from Grapefruit Kush BrewGas. Juicy grapefruit, bright citrus, piney hop character, and a sticky-icky aroma. 6%ABV

Honey Buffalo-Cream Ale
We took our flagship NYS Cream Ale and added local honey from Rooted Valley Farms in Groveland. Light, crisp and crushable, with a nice honey sweetness. 3.8% ABV
Dry Riesling
This rich porter with chocolate malt give notes of cocoa, toasted malt, and subtle toffee unfold with each sip, balanced by a full, velvety body and a clean finish. 7% ABV
Silent Peak
Soft, juicy body, bright citrus and tropical fruit notes from Citra, Cascade and NZ Rakau dry hop for an intensely aromatic nose. Pouring a golden hazy orange. 6.5% ABV
