Founded by Cal Hasler, Solitude Brewing was born from a transformative backcountry camping trip in the untamed wilderness of Utah. Surrounded by the awe-inspiring beauty of untouched nature, the vast expanse of Mother Earth in its raw form, Cal was struck by the desire to share this experience with others.
It was in those moments, sitting by a secluded mountain lake under a canopy of stars, that the idea began to take shape. Utilizing steam technology, this system ensures energy efficiency and maintains consistent brewing temperatures, allowing us to explore a diverse range of brewing styles and techniques.
